I'm a strong believer in keeping things simple, and when you have a dress as pretty as this, a pair of nude stilettos is the only accessory I need.

Picked up from my friends over at STYLE MILK, this dress is simple and so perfect.  

Detailed darting and a full skirt make a beautifully feminine silhouette and the delicate rose gold zip that runs the entire length of the dress adds the perfect metallic touch.

Allow me to introduce you to a beautiful new Australian label, FADDOUL, the creator of this incredible 'war and wisdom' skirt. 

FADDOUL'S Autumn Winter collection, 'Warrior Princess', is characterised by gorgeous fabrics, a modern aesthetic and feminine silhouettes. The Goddess Cut Out dress and Armour jacket are next on my list.

This is definitely a collection and a label to watch!

PEPLUM

Dear friends,
As last blogged, MAURIE & EVE'S latest collection has me completely captivated, and this peplum dress is just too pretty for words.

An action packed week ahead, including a quick Sydney visit and locking in flights to my favourite the U S of A. My last visit to the States was last year, where I was lucky enough to drive West to East coast, exploring 26 states along the way.

This tip will be purely relaxation, plus a very special ceremony. Flying in to LA and out of NYC is the plan, still working out the in-betweens. Please shoot me through any must-sees.

The other day this chic editorial, featuring the stunning 'Bambi Northwood-Blyth, graced the pages of Shopbop and Elle Magazine and immediately got me seeking out some new wardrobe purchases.

In the detail

Dear friends,

The last couple of weeks I've been busy shopping up a storm online.

Allow me to introduce to you, two of my most recent wardrobe acquisitions: this beautiful lace-up silk tunic and incredible William Rast double zip platform boots.

This very special tunic, features so many lovely details from the Nordic-inspired moose print, to shoulder cut-outs, to the leather lace-up front and is created by the Australian label Guanabana.

I picked this up from the online store, A Little Left of Centre, which is the go to spot for original Australian design.

The boots, from another of my online favourites, DJ Premium, are the most perfect soft brown leather and despite sporting a sky-high 5.5" heel, are surprisingly comfortable. My ultimate winter boot!

Winter Sherpa

Dear friends,

If you've been following me on twitter, you would already know just how much I'm loving corduroy at the moment. This lovely baby blue skirt, is the latest to my cord collection, and I've already gotten so much wear out of it.
